Delphi 2009 startet nicht: "Der Wert darf nicht NULL sein"

Hallo,

ich habe gestern Delphi XE2 auf meinem Computer (Windows 7 x64) installiert und habe nun Probleme mit Delphi 2009:

Zunächst erhalte ich beim Start die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Diese erscheint nicht wenn ich Delphi 2009 mit Administratorrechten starte. Unabhängig davon ob ich Delphi als Admin ausführe oder nicht, kommt direkt im Anschluss folgende Meldung:

Eine Deinstallation mit anschließender Neuinstallation hatte keinen Effekt. Hat jemand einen Lösungsvorschlag? Delphi 2007 auf dem gleichen System startet problemlos.

Moin, Moin,

also ich habe die gleiche Konstellation auf meinem Rechner laufen, Win 7 64 Bit, Delphi 2009 und Delphi XE2, und
keine Probleme, das selbe gilt für 2 weitere Rechner bei uns.

Ich denke Du hast da eher ein Windows Problem.....

Bei mir läuft 2009 auch nicht mehr mit der selben Meldung seit der Installation von XE2.
