My experience with SmartScreen is long,
New certificate take about a week for to start build reputation, but if your name already built it over time it will become shorter like 3 days or 2 days if there is enough users running your application.
The reputation system is some sort of score, unknown for public for obvious reason, also i found one small detail shorts the time with the application, it is strange and laughable.
Use the /du in sign tool and make sure it points to the download location of your application, the
URI preferably HTTPS,
