Delphi 11.2 - xcode 14.0.1: ios-App wird von Apple nicht freigegeben

Verwende Delphi 11.2, xcode 14.0.1, commandlineTool for xcode 14

Die App läuft einwandfrei auf dem IPAD (IOS 15.7).
info.plist.TemplateiOS.xml u. Entitlement.TemplateiOS.xml gelöscht und neu generiert.

Problem:
Die App lade ich zur Prüfung über den Transporter hoch. (Alles okay und funktioniert).
Bekomme dann von Apple nach ein paar Stunden eine Ablehnung.
