Es ist dann aber auch keine Teststellung. Die Lizenz wird immer nur als Jahres-Subscription verkauft. In der Enterprise oder Architect ist so eine Subscription enthalten.
Ist aber auch egal, denn die Lizenz ist so merkwürdig gehalten, dass man ohne Rückfrage eh nicht weiß, was man darf und was nicht. Ich habe irgendwann aufgegeben das zu ergründen.
Ich meine, was soll ich von sowas halten?

Gemäß dem dritten Punkt dürfte ich nach Ablauf der Subscription ja noch nicht mal einen Bugfix erstellen und (innerhalb der eigenen Organisation!) weitergeben.
Eine, wie es früher hieß, Shrinkwrap-Anwendung wäre damit auch nicht machbar, da der Anwender dann ja eine eigene Subscription braucht (ist ja nicht mehr die eigene Organisation). Steht auch ziemlich unmissverständlich in den Lizenzbedingungen:

Also,
meinen Kunden brauche ich mit solchen Bedingungen gar nicht kommen - egal wie gut das Produkt auch sein mag.
