Hallo,
Schau dir mal die Methode Draw von dem Canvas des Bitmaps an. Damit kannst du auf dem Canvas an einer bestimmten Stelle eine andere Grafik zeichnen lassen, z.B. das Apfelbild, das du vorher in einem kleinen Bitmap abgelegt hast.
GrossesBitmap.Canvas.Draw(50, 90, ApfelBitmap);
