Probleme bei Ausdruck von Bitmaps

StretchDraw, BitBlt, etc werden nicht von allen Druckertreibern unterstützt - das ist das Problem. Dabei tritt es oft auch schon bei dem gleichen Drucker und unterschiedlichen Windows Versionen auf.
