RAD Studio 10.2.3 Context Help Patch
This patch addresses an issue with context sensitive help in
RAD Studio 10.2.3. The English version of the zip file is attached to this article.
You can find the latest French, German and Japanese chm files on the Product Documentation website. Please select the appropriate language on dropdown and download the CHM help zip (the last link under
RAD STUDIO 10.2 Tokyo section).
If you have downloaded the ZIP file with Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge and used the integrated ZIP-extraction from Windows you will see that these CHM files still have a flag that prevents RAD Studio from loading them.
Two solutions:
Double click on each extracted CHM file from \19.0\Help\Doc (and/or the appropriate DE FR JP subdirectories): Uncheck "Always ask after opening this file"
Right click on each extracted CHM file from the (same) subdirectory and choose "Properties" -> Unblock (This file came from another computer)
Remember that you will need to do this for each CHM file
