As a programmer I spend many hours in front of the screen and I need the software interface with which I work resulting me practical, efficient, and environmentally friendly with my visual health mostly. Then I will describe the way in which I have it configured, that it does not mean that it is the best, but the provision which, to my way of working, I think it is most appropriate and that is what I usually use. Rad Studio maximize it and apply the theme "Dark" (Menú Tools-Options-User Interface-Theme Manager). The problem of using clear themes is that eyes receive too much light when using large screens and after a while eyestrain. The color theme that I use is "Dark" (Tools-Options-User interface-Editor Options-Color), which allows me to have a dark black colour as the background of the lines of code. DESD
