Since the
RAD Studio splashscreen is shown in the background, this does not look like a runtime error from his project but like an error from within
RAD Studio itself.
Things like these also happen to me every now and then, I suspect registry corruption. Can you launch
bds.exe
with an additional parameter
-rTest
to see if that changes anything?
