Block IP address

Hi , i want to be able to Block an IP Address , Let me suppose the Flowing :

i have this IP Address ( 10.25.xx.xx ) , when i want to visit it , it will be blocked and a replaced by test.htm page in the Internet Explorer ( Like the Websense ) .

Hi. you should check the IP address of the socket on connecting to the server. i dunno which components you use, that's why i cannot give you more detailed information.

Alternative 1) Use an obligatory proxy wich checks every request
Alternative 2) Add the IP to the hosts-file
