Ja,
fbintl.conf und fbinlt.dll sind im Unterverzeichnis "/intl" vom Anwendungsverzeichnis: "D:\MyApp"
icu*.dll und ib_util.dll sind direkt im Anwendungsverzeichnis.
In der firebird.conf steht der Default-Wert: also Restrict UDF
