Installation von VST unter Delphi 2009 schlägt fehl

Hallo,

ich habe erfolglos versucht Virtual Tree View 4.7.0 unter Delphi 2009 zu installieren. Vor dem Kompilieren des Packages erscheint folgende Meldung:

Please browse to the folder that contains the output for BPL and DCU files.

Der Ordner existiert allerdings. Und egal wo ich hinbrowse, es klappt nicht.

Im Installlog steht zum Schluss:
