Ja, aktuell ist es so, daß Windows die EXE als Erstes in den Speicher läd, womit noch nirgendwo etwas belegt ist und die EXE (im Gegensatz zu einer
DLL) nie verschoben werden muß.
Aber wer weiß ob Windows daran mal was ändert.
