In der USA bist du besser beschuetzt, USA takes Intellectual Property Rights very serious, so if you are the Author of your product and have the source code just add "This software is protected by Intellectual Copyright Laws" instead of "International Copyright Laws". or use both somehow in a sentence. But by law this sentence already protects your software. You can sue anyone who is trying to copy it as kind of "He stole my personal property". Many musicians, artists, software writers, use this protection rather then Copyright Law protection.

PS: I forgot, you must state your full name as the owner somewhere in your license agreement or in your software. Something like: Hans Gruber claims all logos, modules, ... as his personal property.
