New ASP.NET Web Application

hi,im using Windows Vista with Borland 2006 Prof Edition. When i create a new ASP.NET Web APplication, and i run it, even with a clean page, i get the following message:
 http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/1299/52319256dr1.jpgI have .NET 1.1 and 2.0 install, and i did run the aspnet_regiis.exe -i command, but i still get that message, where on earth do i set .NET 1.1 to my application,errrr..... Please any help would be much appreciated. |
